SO it takes time to create as it requires several steps and drying and curing between each step. takes between 4-7 days to create and 3 days to cure before they can be safely shipped

Typically we can have the item made and ready to ship between 6-8 days but there are times it takes longer that’s why shipping is set for 1-2 weeks
We DO NOT accept exchanges or refunds on customized / personalized orders unless the item is damaged , or not functional due to error on our part.
As all custom/ personalized items are approved by the customer before they are made via photos sent as mockups of : design, colors, etc in photos that we send out to our customers for approval.

we strive to complete them as quickly as possible and ship them out promptly, however we cannot skip drying and curing times . They usually ship out faster than quoted but not always as sometime things happen like temperature and humidity fluctuations that affects drying and curing times, we do however use heaters, and dehumidifiers to control the environment as much as possible to ensure the fastest possible production and shipping of your order.

Please know that with every custom handmade item there is a chance of small flaws or imperfections , these flaws do not effects the use or function of the item.
But does add that handmade charm.
EVEN WITH SMALL IMPERFECTIONS, remains beautiful and one of a kind as No two are every exactly the same.
We take great pride in our process and designs as well as execution to ensure you receive a quality , functional and beautiful item.
How ever being handmade they do take longer than mass produced items, but offer a charm like no factory created item can.
